Kathryn Ann Rubinstein

Kathryn Ann Rubinstein, 74, of Napoleon, Ohio died peacefully on December 10, 2022 at Fulton Manor, Wauseon, Ohio with her family by her side. She was born January 21, 1948, a single child to the late Keith and Margaret (Love) Niehaus. Kathy was a 1966 graduate of Clay High School and attended Bowling Green State University. She was working at Sears Department Store in Toledo and met the love of her life, Chuck Rubinstein. They were married at East Minster United Presbyterian Church in Toledo on February 14, 1970 and he preceded her in death on August 2, 2013. She attended Northwest State Community College and then obtained her realtor’s license in 1982 and her Broker’s license in 1986. She was a realtor for Reiser Realty for 25 years. She was a member of the National, Ohio, and Northwest Ohio Association of Realtors and served as the president of the Northwest Ohio Chapter. She was a faithful member of the First Presbyterian Church of Napoleon, where she served as deacon, Elder, Committee Chair for Worship and Preschool, and taught Sunday School and sang in the choir. She was a member of Maumee Valley Civic Theater for many years. She served on the Henry County United Way Committee and was a chairperson for the Symphony of Trees. She and Chuck enjoyed traveling and took many trips to Las Vegas and Florida. She was a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Detroit Tigers. She enjoyed reading, dancing, and music. Most of all, she enjoyed the time she spent with her family. She is survived by her children; Jeremy (Shari) Rubinstein and Jenna (Brent) Gray, both of Napoleon; grandchildren, Tate, Tanner, Trey, and Faith Rubinstein, and Drew, Calen, and Braden Gray; as well as many cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 16th at the First Presbyterian Church, Napoleon. Interment will follow at Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3-8 p.m. at Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, Napoleon and Friday from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church, The National MS Society, Stephanie Spielman for Breast Cancer or MVCT.
