Pamela Ann Donaldson Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Pamela Ann Donaldson, 66, passed away at the University of Michigan Hospital on Sunday, June 5, 2022. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 22, 1956 to Richard and Nancy (Szabo) Smith. Pam received her Master’s degree on Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. She enjoyed her career in Social Work and also taught at Northwest State College for many years. Pam liked to travel especially to Florida and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. When she wasn’t reading term papers, she enjoyed reading mystery novels. Pam was a trained pianist, she found comfort in music and her gardening. She was fiercely devoted to her grandchildren and would do anything for them. Pam is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Donaldson; daughter-in-law, Sabrina Winch; grandchildren, Timothy and Jakob Roach; and Olivia Richmond; mother, Nancy Zesing; and siblings, Patti (David) Coehrs, Paula (Terry) Lynott, and Aaron (Tricia) Zesing. She was preceded in death by her son Joshua Roach and father, Richard F. Smith. A memorial service will be held at the Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 11:00 AM with an hour of visitation prior to services.
