Carolyn Anne Moser

Carolyn Anne Moser, 92, formerly of Napoleon passed away at StoryPoint Retirement Community in Waterville, on January 31, 2022. She was born in Defiance, Ohio on June 4, 1929, to Louis and Cleopha (Bernhardt) Ducatt. Carolyn married Curtis Moser at St. Mary Catholic Church in Defiance, Ohio on January 18, 1947. Carolyn was very active at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Napoleon, serving on the Rosary Altar Society, as a CCD Teacher, and member of the choir and the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, and cooking, but her greatest love was her family. Carolyn is survived by her husband of 75 years, Curtis; children Cynthia (Alfred) Dabrowski, Clement (Joan) Moser, Curtis Nicholas (Lynette) Moser, Lynne (Roger) Genter, Mary (John Safian) Eickhoff, Paul (Luanne) Moser, Joseph (LeAnn) Moser, James (Laurie) Moser, Angela (Joseph) Dietrich, Gail (John) Ermer, and Martin (Karen) Moser; 29 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Margaret (Marnie) Weber; and brother, Dr. Daniel Ducatt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, John Albert Moser; son in-law, Jeffrey Eickhoff; grandchildren Christopher John Moser and Abigail Lynne Genter. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at St. Michael’s Ridge Catholic Church, Defiance, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:30 A.M. Interment will take place at the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Augustine Catholic School and St. Michael’s Ridge Catholic Church.
